Our interior wood wall panels consist of three layers: the substrate, the front and the back. We use MDF as a substrate, laminated with melamine or natural wood plywood on the front surface. Make a series of grooves on the front surface of modern wood wall panels, perforate a series of round holes on the rear surface, and then put a layer of black fleece on the back of the acoustic soundproof wall panel substrate.

Installing Method of Decorative Acoustic Wall Panels:
*Measure the wall size, confirm the installation location, determine the horizontal and vertical lines, determine the wire, pipe and other objects’reservation cutting size.
*Calculate and cut part of the wall covering wooden panels according to the actual size of the construction site and lines, and set aside for the wire, pipe and other objects.
*Install keel: Use the nail to fix the wood keel / light steel keel to the building wall. The nail must be embedded more than 2/3 into the wood keel / light steel keel, and the nail must be evenly arranged. Fix the keel with screws. Then fix wood veneer wall panel on keel.
