Product 1: Fiberglass anti crash, sound-absorbing and fireproof soft Panel

The anti-collision interrogation chamber soft panel for questioning room and judge’s chamber is made of high-density fire-proof sound-absorbing glass wool, with leather or fabric finishes.

Common specifications: 600 * 600mm, 600 * 1200mm, other specifications can also be customized.
Thickness: 25mm, 50mm.
Flame retardant: The base material fire-retardant sound-absorbing cotton can reach A-level flame retardancy, and the facing leather or fabric can be B1-level flame retardant.
Environmental protection: The anti-collision soft panel is an environmentally friendly product. The material is non-toxic and tasteless, does not produce and volatile harmful substances, and does not harm the human body.
Sound absorption: The sound absorption spectrum is high, and it has better sound absorption effect on low, medium and high frequency noise.
Disadvantages: Glass wool is also an environmentally friendly product, but it is not the most environmentally friendly. Especially in the case of long use time and damage to the surface leather, the internal glass fiber will enter the air and enter the human respiratory tract, causing harm to the human body.

Product 2: Polyester anti collision sound absorption soft board

The raw material of the anticollision soft board for interrogation chamber and charge office is made of polyester fiber by hot pressing at high temperature, and the surface is porous structure, which can effectively absorb audio, and has the functions of anti-collision, flame retardant, sound absorption, moisture proof, mildew proof and so on. Anti collision soft board has soft texture and elasticity.

Thickness: 9mm, 12mm, 15mm.
Flame retardant grade: up to B1 flame retardant.
Environmental protection level: E1 environmental protection.
Disadvantages: Compared with other anti crash products, the anti-collision coefficient of polyester fiber board is not high enough. It may be sufficient for kindergartens with low potential impact, but the use of 9mm thick polyester panels in the interrogation room with great potential impact to prevent collisions can only be said to be better than nothing. Of course, as a kind of sound-absorbing board, polyester sound-absorbing board is still very good, we recommend using it in other places.

Installation Method:

Both of these traditional anti-collision soft panels for judge’s chambers can be installed in the following methods: fix the bottom panel to the wall with nail gun, spray adhesive (environmental adhesive) on the soft panel, then stick collision avoidance panels for police interview rooms to the bottom panel. Then use nails to reinforce from the side.
