Our wooden grooved board consists of three layers: the substrate, the front and the back. We use MDF as a substrate, laminated with melamine or natural wood plywood on the front surface. A series of grooves are made on the front surface, while a series of round holes are perforated on the rear surface. And then stick a layer of black acoustic fleece on the back of the substrate of wood grooved acoustic board.

Our wooden acoustic panels are usually mounted on keel (slats). The keel can be light steel keel or wood keel. Our main light steel kneel standard size is 18 * 26 * 3000mm, the clip size is 45 * 38mm.
