Polyester Fiber Acoustic Panels Installation
1. Cutting
Mechanical cutting is recommended. If you decide to cut polyester board by hand, you’d better use high quality blades and rigid steel rule.
2. Chamfering
We have special chamfering tools to chamfer various bevels to meet different aesthetic points of view.
3. Installation
We mainly use glue such as spray glue, hot melt adhesive, white glue, glass glue and other glue (according to different surfaces) to paste the panel on the wall. For flat concrete walls, you can install the polyester acoustic panel with white glue and gun nails directly, which is time saving.
